EasyMaint Cloud 

EasyMaint Cloud is a modality of our maintenance software to which you can access the system from any mobile device with internet access to consult maintenance activities in real time. It does not require investment in servers, licenses and technical staff. The payment is for the use of the monthly service, with a minimum of 6 months, which is the average time to implement a Maintenance Software. In addition, you will have access to direct technical support with our experts. The information and the system are stored in the Cloud in a secure way, so you do not need to be inside your company's facilities to access EasyMaint. In addition, you will be able to access all EasyMaint functionalities through this modality. EasyMaint Cloud comes in four different versions: EasyMaint Basic, EasyMaint Premium, EasyMaint Advanced and EasyMaint Corporate. In addition, with EasyMaint Cloud you will have access to the EasyMaint Mobile and EasyMaint Request Apps (Apps for maintenance management for Android or IOS). With EasyMaint Cloud you will be able to create Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance Scheduling, View in a single calendar the Annual Maintenance Plan for all the assets, keep track of inventory, spare parts and materials. You will also be able to manage Labor Resources and assign the WO to them. You will be able to send work requests from anywhere you are. The EasyMaint maintenance software also offers multiple reports and Failure Analysis so you can have the most complete information of your maintenance area.
