EasyMaint Request

EasyMaint Request allows you to create maintenance requests, assign them a priority, include photos of the problem and send messages directly to EasyMaint. You will be able to receive updates on the status of your maintenance request, know the assigned work order number and the scheduled date of attention. The application will allow you to send and receive messages and photos as needed to stay in constant contact with EasyMaint administrators. You will be able to browse through your maintenance requests or work orders to review all the details and at the end of the work performed, assign a rating and electronically sign the work performed authorization. All information will be recorded in EasyMaint immediately.
