EasyMaint has an Annual Maintenance Calendar, in which you will be able to see the maintenance planning for all the assets during the 52 weeks of the year. In addition, each asset has its own maintenance calendar. Our CMMS will show you which Work Orders are on time, which are overdue and which were cancelled.
In our maintenance system, you will find four different ways to schedule maintenance: from the last time the maintenance was scheduled, from the last time the maintenance was completed, by due date of readings or by average of readings. This way you will be able to choose the ideal way to plan your maintenance.
Each maintenance program has detailed information such as: Maintenance Procedure, Task List, Attachments, Labor, Spare Parts and Inventory, Tools, Miscellaneous Expenses, etc.
