Maintenance departments rely on work orders to ensure that work is performed in an efficient and timely manner.

Although most of the planning of Work Orders can be done by frequency of days, there are other cases of machinery that need the control of Counters and Meters so that when the established limits are reached, Work Orders are created automatically.

Such is the case of units that have an odometer (km) or forklifts that have odometers and their preventive maintenance is carried out when they reach a certain advance. Another case is maintenance derived from inspections and readings collected from gauges controlled by minimum and maximum operating thresholds, such as pressure, temperature, pipe thickness, vibration, viscosity, etc. gauges.

EasyMaint Maintenance Software (CMMS-EAM) creates one or several events to perform maintenance activities, managed and controlled by work orders.
